会议简介
由重庆大学及重庆交通大学联合主办的第五届智能交通系统与智慧城市国际学术会议（ITSSC 2025）将于2025年8月22-24日在中国重庆举行。本次会议主要围绕智能交通、交通新能源、无人驾驶、智慧城市、智能家居、智能生活等研究领域展开讨论，旨在为该研究领域的专家学者们提供一个分享研究成果、讨论存在的问题与挑战、探索前沿科技的国际性合作交流平台。以期推动该领域理论、技术在高校和企业的发展和应用，也为参会者建立业务或研究上的联系以及寻找未来事业上的全球合作伙伴。

Prof. Petros Ioannou, University of Southern California, USA
IEEE Fellow/美国工程院院士/欧洲科学院外籍院士
Petros A. Ioannou教授于1978年获得伦敦大学学院的第一等级荣誉学士学位，并于1980年和1982年分别获得伊利诺伊大学厄本那-香槟校区的硕士学位和博士学位。
1982年，Ioannou教授加入南加州大学洛杉矶电气工程与系统系。目前他在该系担任A.V. ‘Bal’ Balakrishnan讲席教授，并担任先进交通技术中心的主任。他还在航空航天与机械工程系以及工业系统工程系担任兼任教授。Ioannou教授还是南加州大学大学交通中心METRANS的研究副主任，并且是塞浦路斯大学KIOS卓越中心的附属教授。他曾在1988年秋季担任澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学和堪培拉的澳大利亚国立大学的访问教授，在1992年夏季和2001年秋季担任克里特技术大学的访问教授，并且在1995年担任塞浦路斯大学纯粹与应用科学学院的院长。2008/2009年度，他在从南加州大学休假期间，成为塞浦路斯科技大学电气工程与信息技术系的教员。
他的研究兴趣包括鲁棒自适应控制、振动控制、神经网络、非线性系统、车辆动力学与控制、智能交通系统和海洋运输等领域。
李欣 教授，大连海事大学
国家级青年人才
李欣教授，博士毕业于美国威斯康辛大学，致力于城市公交运营组织与优化研究。已发表高水平学术论文66篇，其中TR系列、IEEE系列等权威期刊超过40篇；获授权专利22项、主编学术专著2部。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金青年及面上项目、重庆市交通科技项目等科研及工程实践项目30余项。入选交通运输部交通运输行业青年拔尖人才，荣获中国公路学会科学技术奖一等奖、中国智能交通协会优秀青年科技人才奖、上海市科学技术二等奖等多项省部级重要科研奖励。研究成果在特大型城市重庆市以及辽宁省盘锦市实现了规模化集成应用，多次入选交通运输部、重庆市等交通发展典型案例集。
出版信息
所有的投稿经过严格的审稿之后，最终所录用的论文将以会议论文集形式出版，出版后将提交至EI Compendex和Scopus检索。（EI检索稳定）
征稿主题（主题包括但不限于）
1、交通工程（交通运输系统、交通智能化技术、基础设施建设与管养、智能汽车、交通新能源、交通网络建模、车辆控制系统、仿真和优化的创新概念、港口/水路/内陆航运和船舶交通、车联网与智慧交通）
2、智慧/数字城市（城市网格化管理、智能应急管理、智能制造、智慧城市技术、空间信息技术、智慧城市的信息通信技术(ICT)、智慧城市的物联网、移动计算、无线通信、5G、智慧城市数字商品和服务、电子服务交付、虚拟组织和远程工作、智慧城市治理、智慧城市的软件技术）
3、物流运输（智慧物流、供应链网络、运输规划和系统优化、物流节点设计、智能电网对分布式能源的影响、智能电网互操作性和标准）
4、智能穿戴（智能可穿戴设备和系统、智能卡和RFID技术）
5、信息管理（管理信息系统、信息系统规划与管理、网格计算，超级计算和云计算、数据挖掘，数据仓库和知识发现）
投稿与参会说明
投稿系统：请将论文稿件（word和pdf）通过投稿系统投稿
（1）论文必须是英文稿件，且未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。
（2）作者需通过查询系统（CrossCheck, Turnitin、iThenticate或其他查询系统）自费查重，查重率需不超过30%，涉嫌抄袭的论文将不被出版，且公布在会议主页。
（3）论文需按照模板排版，不得少于5页，不能超过12页。

1、听众参会：出席并参加这次会议, 并可全程旁听会议所有展示报告。
