The 4th International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Engineering

The 4th International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Engineering （EICE 2025） will be held on January 10-12 2025 in Guangzhou China.  EICE 2025 will revolve around “electronic information technology“ “communication project“ the latest research from home and abroad for institutions of higher learning scientific research institutes enterprises and institutions of experts professors scholars engineers and other provide a share professional experience expand the professional network face to face to new ideas and show the research results of the international platform. To discuss key challenges and research directions in this field with a view to promoting the development and application of theories and technologies in this field in universities and enterprises as well as establishing business or research contacts and seeking global partners for future undertakings.

Biography:

Zuriati Ahmad Zukarnain （Member IEEE） received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics and education from University Putra Malaysia （UPM） Selangor Malaysia in 1997 and 2000 respectively and the Ph.D. degree in quantum computing and communication from the University of Bradford U.K. in 2005.She has been an Academic Staff with the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology UPM since 2001. She was the Head of the Department of Communication Technology and Networks from 2006 to 2011. She was also the Head of the section of High-Performance Computing Institute of Mathematical Research UPM from 2012 to 2015. She taught several courses for undergraduate students such as data communication and networks distributed systems mobile and wireless network security computer architecture and assembly language. She taught a few courses for postgraduate students such as the advanced distributed and research method. Her current research interests include computer networks distributed systems mobile and wireless network security quantum computing and quantum cryptography. She is a member of the IEEE Computer Society.

Prof. Lide Fang

Hebei University China

Biography:

Prof. Fang is a visiting scholar at the University of Leeds UK. Now he is the dean of the School of Quality and Technology Supervision the director of the National Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Measuring Instruments and Systems the Key Laboratory of Energy Measurement and Safety Detection Technology of Hebei Province and the head of the National First-class Specialty of Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation. Selected by the Hebei Provincial Government Special Allowance experts Hebei Province Hebei Province three-three-three talent project and Hebei University Kunyi outstanding scholars. He is also the executive director of the Chinese Society of Measurement and Testing deputy director of the Chinese Society of Measurement and Testing Flow Measurement Committee and a member of the National Market Supervision Industry Vocational Teaching Committee. In recent years published more than 100 academic papers in this field more than 10 national standards and metrological specifications more than 20 standards and specifications for the main review more than 90 patents applied for and authorized. He has presided over and participated in more than 30 national provincial ministerial and horizontal scientific research projects and won 9 awards as the first finisher including 3 second-class awards for scientific and technological progress in Hebei Province.

Manuscripts passed the peer-review process by expert reviewers from the conference organizing committee will be accepted and published in the Conference Proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted to EI Compendex Scopus for indexing.

All papers both invited and contributed will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the committees. After a careful reviewing process all the accepted papers of EICE 2025 will be published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series （JPCS） （ISSN:1742-6596） and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

All submitted articles should report original research results experimental or theoretical not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
