大会简介
随着社会的发展,城市规模的不断扩大,建筑形态也趋于多样化和复杂化,建筑结构形式逐渐由规则简单向高层、大跨甚至特殊复杂的方向发展。而房屋建筑是人们正常生活和生产活动的基本场所,房屋建筑结构的安全必须得到充分保障。但是,自然灾害(地震、风、雪、雨)、人为失误和事故(爆炸、火灾、撞击)、以及近年来的袭击和人为破坏等偶然事件,都有可能使建筑结构破坏。因此多年来,各国都在不断提高建筑结构安全,在土木建筑工程建设中的各种抗震问题层出不穷,同时也催生了许多新的抗震新理论、新技术和新产品的诞生。
第七届结构抗震与土木工程研究国际学术会议(ICSSCER 2025)将于2025年8月15-17日在中国石家庄举行。本届会议从结构抗震和土木工程的理论研究、试验研究、工程应用等最新成果和展示等方面为学者、研究人员、专业技术人员打造一个推动专业合作与交流,促进相互了解的平台。我们盛情邀请您参与此次学术盛会,开展相关专题学术交流,推动结构抗震与土木工程研究与应用的发展。

(一)会议论文
所有的投稿论文都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所有录用的论文将由论文集出版,出版后由出版社提交至 EI Compendex和Scopus等数据库收录。

As society progresses and the city scale increases architecture is diversifying and becoming complex with structures transforming from simple structures into high-rise long-span and even special and complex structures. Architecture is where people live and work so its security must be ensured. However the architectural structure is likely to be destroyed by natural disasters (earthquakes wind snow rain) man-made faults and incidents (explosion fire crashes) and accidental events like attacks and man-made sabotage in recent years. Therefore countries have endeavored to improve architectural security for many years. A large number of anti-seismic issues in the civil engineering construction have turned up which also gave birth to many new anti-seismic theories technologies and products.
The 2025 7th International Conference on Structural Seismic and Civil Engineering Research (ICSSCER 2025) will be held on August 15-17 2025 in Shijiazhuang China. With a display of the latest research outcomes in theoretical research experimental study and engineering application this conference creates a platform for scholars researchers and technical personnel to exchange ideas and further understand each other. We extend a warm welcome to you and expect you to attend this academic feast to promote academic exchanges of relevant issues and advance the development of structural anti-seismic and civil engineering research and application.

Publication
All papers both invited and contributed the accepted papers will be published for inclusion into Conference proceedings with meeting scope and quality requirements and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 5 pages.
